Prior to shipping us your watch, it is important that we have communicated by phone or by E-mail regarding the type of service(s) you require and we are aware that you will be sending us your watch. Please fill out & send us the estimate form and we will contact you shortly.
Please follow the instructions below to assure safe, timely and accountable shipping of your high value watch:
- Print, fill out, and include the Form with specific information about the problem with your watch, such as crystal watch repair, watch battery replacement, etc. Please be sure to fill out the form completely being sure to list all the items you would like to have repaired.
- Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials (for protection against shock) in a sturdy box sealed with tape. For security, please do not use the gift box your watch came in, as it may be damaged in shipping or in handling.
- The U.S. Postal Service is one of the safest and most economical way for you to ship your watch. You may also ship your watch for repair using UPS, FED EX, or any shipping service you wish.
- Please make sure to properly insure your watch. Insurance with U.S.P.S is very reasonable. Unless otherwise requested your watch will be shipped back to you insured through the U.S.P.S free of charge. We will call and e-mail you to confirm that we have received your watch within 24 hours of receipt of your watch.

All watch orders placed on this website will be shipped free of charge.
Sales tax is automatically added to orders billed to residences in California. After entering your billing and shipping information, you will be given an opporunity to view your total purchase before entering your Credit Card information.
MasterCard, VISA, are accepted, as well as Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Cash. If you plan on purchasing with Money Orders or Personal Checks, please be aware that orders will be held for 21 days as the check clears. Please call or send us a list of what you plan to order to our store.
All batteries replaced by us should last at least a year or more. Anything less than that most likely means that your watch may have a circuit or movement problem and servicing will be needed.
Most mechanical watches require servicing every 18 months to 4 years. Other mechanical watches between 3 to 5 years. Quartz watches should be serviced every 2 to 3 years.
Most watch battery replacements can be done while you wait. Other minor repairs may take a couple days, and most watch servicing will be completed in 2-3 weeks. We will insure that your repair is prompt and completed with the highest level of standards that you have come to expect from us.
All watches that we service carry a one year warranty on work performed. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are not covered under warranty, neither is damage as a result of abuse. We use Genuine Rolex™, Tag and Omega replacement parts. One exception would be on vintage watches where original parts are no longer available. Warranty void if watch is-misused or abused - opened by someone other than us - water damage
