I have a problem with my watch. How can I ship my watch to you?
Answer: You can send your watch to:

Also, please include the problem with your watch (i.e. "watch
stopped running", "needs new battery", "needs new watch
band", etc.)
and your name and contact information so that we can contact you
for an estimate and verify your shipping address for later use.
2. How much is shipping?
Answer: All watch orders placed on this website will be shipped free of
charge.
3. Will I get charged sales tax?
Answer: Sales tax is automatically added to orders billed to residences
in California.
After entering your billing and shipping information, you will be given an
opporunity to view your total purchase before entering your Credit Card
information.
4. What forms of payment are accepted?
Answer: MasterCard, VISA, are accepted, as well as Money Orders,
Cashier's Checks, and Cash. If you plan
on purchasing with Money Orders or Personal Checks, please be aware that orders
will be held for 21 days as the check clears. Please call or send us a list of
what you plan to order to our store.
5. How long should the battery in my
watch last?
Answer: All batteries replaced by us should last at least a year or
more. Anything less than that most likely means that your watch may have a
movement problem and a servicing will be needed.
6. How often should I service my watch?
Answer: Mechanical watches
require servicing every 18 months to 4 years. Other mechanical watches between
3 to 5 years Quartz watches should be serviced every 2 to 3 years.
7. How long will it take to repairs my
watch?
Answer: Most battery replacements
can be done on the spot and you would only have to wait 5-10 minutes. Other
minor repairss may take a couple days, and most servicings will be repairsed in
2-3 weeks. We make sure that you get your watch back quickly and with quality.
Warranty
All watches that we service carry a one year warranty on
work performed. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are
not covered under warranty, neither is damage as a result of abuse. We use Genuine Rolex™,
Tag and Omega replacement parts. One exception would be on vintage watches were
original parts are no longer available. Warranty void if watch is-misused or
abused - opened by someone other than us - water damage
Watch Repairs Estimates
Estimates for most watch and clock repairs are provided free of charge. Again, if you have
any other questions or concerns on a watch and clock repairs please feel free to contact
